Been thoroughly enjoying this Podcast from the progmaster general Steven Wilson – I worked with him recording all his guitars on Porcupine Tree’s Deadwing album (under my cunning Schilling pseudonym apparently!) I’m only just starting to work my way through the episodes and am currently enjoying 1984 so I had a go with the Scott Walker album Climate Of Hunter on Tidal in the car today. I’ve never got into Scott Walker previously and I’m not sure this helped, although it was good to see my old mate Mo Foster on the credits. Also waded through most of The Smiths Hatful Of Hollow, which is a bit patchy sonically but some gems in there – I worked with them on their Panic single back in my Livingston days.
